Dan Arndt – Zimbabwe

Hi Jack:

Just wanted to let you know that the safari with Cilliers Safaris was perfect. I was able to harvest an old tough “dagga boy” on the second day. The 57″ Kudu taken on the 4th day was just frosting on the cake.

Allan Cilliers and his son Wayne are, first, and most importantly fine people who really care about their clients. Second they are experienced, knowledgeable and quality hunters, who have a concession with a wide range of species all of abundant quality and numbers. We saw over 100 elephant the first day, an average of 4 Sable Bulls per day, nice numbers of huge buffalo bulls, hippo, impala, reedbuck and Lechwe.  We also saw giraffe, wildebeest, crocs, bushbuck, duiker, steenbok and warthog.

The camp was perfect with just the right amount of amenities, but retaining the true African experience. The food in Africa is usually excellent, but this was the best. Everything was handled professionally.

You have a real quality outfitter in Cilliers Safaris. I appreciate your work in making the recommendation. Taking a Cape Buffalo has been a dream of mine for a long time. Thank You.
