Good Will Plan Thanks to
ATCHESONS’ Good Will Plan, "the luck of the hunt" is an endangered
species! If you fail to get a chance at legal game on a future hunt,
you’ll get up to a $3,000 credit! Most clients bring home their
game, but some experience "the luck of the hunt." Jack Atcheson
& Sons, Inc. offers those clients a discount to try again by
offering our Good Will Plan. Atchesons want to help protect your
money. If you send your down payment to Atchesons, complete a hunt
of normal duration and cost, hunt every day possible, yet do not
kill, wound, miss or pass up at least one legal species you are
licensed for (in other words, you had no chance at anything),
Atchesons can give you a non-transferable discount on almost any
future hunt that you book through Atchesons.
Sample: If your original hunt cost $9,000, we could give you a 1/3
discount ($3,000) to be divided over two or more future hunts you
book through Atchesons.
Sample: You have a $3,000
discount credit due you. If you then booked another $9,000 hunt and
wanted to use your discount, we would give you a 10% (or $900)
discount - or $600 discount if you booked a $6,000 hunt.
You
would still have credit for another hunt, or until the original
$3,000 discount was reached. Maximum 10% discount per hunt. The Good
Will Plan is meant to help those who hunted hard and had no
opportunity at game; it is not an insurance plan. It is a low
cost/high value fringe benefit for those who book their hunts
through Atchesons. Do not book a hunt just because of the Good Will
Plan or its benefits. The rules of the Plan are rigid. Atchesons may
cancel the entire plan at any time without notice and your fee
refunded in full if such a Plan is not legal in your area or for
other reasons. Dealing in good faith by all parties is paramount.
Administration fees for the Good Will Plan are automatically
deducted from each person’s initial down payment and the balance of
the down payment will be applied to the hunt. If you waive the Plan,
your Plan fee will either be refunded or applied to the original
down payment. In case of down payment controversy, the fee collected
automatically becomes part of the down payment. If Atchesons voids a
Plan, your Plan fee will be refunded. The Plan is void if not legal
in any State or Country and the fee is refundable.
Administration Fees (Based on gross of outfitter fees per
person.) If gross of hunt is $3,000 or under --fee is $55 If
gross of hunt is over $3,000 -- the fee is $65 If gross of hunt
is over $5,000--the fee is $85 If gross of hunt is over
$10,000--the fee is $100 (Maximum credit $3,000 per person)
Conditions The Plan can be canceled by the Atchesons
and your fee refunded right up until the hunt begins. The Plan
cannot be purchased after the hunt begins or if you book directly
with an outfitter. The Good Will Discount is not a down payment; the
discount is to be applied to the final payment on future hunts. The
Plan may not be available on certain hunts and is void if the client
cannot or refuses to actively participate daily or gives up earlier
than the original hunt or number of days booked. Do not book or
rebook directly with any outfitter, or the Plan is void! Send all
deposits to Jack Atcheson & Sons, Inc., only - even on
rebookings.
Each hunter who believes he qualifies must
document his/her hunt and request the discount in writing within 30
days after the hunt. The discounts are not transferable and apply
only to the named people who were full paying hunting clients and
who fully participated in and completed the period and
hunt/tour/species originally booked. The discount is valid any time
arrangements are agreeable with all participating persons. Benefits
from the Good Will Plan are not applicable and fees are not refunded
if the outfitter or guide offers any refunds, adjustments, credits,
discounts, or courtesies.
The Good Will Plan can expire at
any time without notice - on Atchesons’ terms - and Plan fee
refunded. Do not use this Plan as a substitute for any insurance
policy or other reason, except as described. Jack Atcheson &
Sons, Inc. will determine all rules, terms, conditions, and who
qualifies for what. Atchesons will be the final and only judge in
any case. The Good Will Plan offers and agreements, total or in
part, can be terminated by Atchesons at any time without notice, and
your Plan administration fee refunded in full.
In addition, the Plan does not apply for Acts of God, war, terrorism,
Government cancellation of hunting areas, permits, license, failure to obtain
or apply for licenses, permits or areas, fear, confusion, anticipation of any
of the above, or if the hunt is canceled. If you make a claim and we cannot
honor the Good Will Plan because of a gray area, your Plan fee is refunded
without obligation to anyone. Insurance companies provide cancellation
insurance, but it is usually much more expensive. Inquire.
